Upon signing the New Client Release and Liability Form, clients agree to the following:
KP Groom LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “Kibble Pet”) is held harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, financial or otherwise, for injuries to clients, pet(s), or any other property of clients which may arise from services that are rendered by Kibble Pet or as a consequence of client's association with Kibble Pet except to the extent caused by gross negligence, bad faith, or intentional misconduct of the Indemnified Parties.
Clients shall waive any and all claims, actions, or demands of any nature, either foreseen or unforeseen, that they may have against Kibble Pet its agents, servants, and/or employees from any and all claims which may arise, except to the extent caused by gross negligence, bad faith, or intentional misconduct of the party(ies).
Kibble Pet is authorized to do whatever they deem reasonably necessary for the safety, health, and well-being of my pet while under their care.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered and client's dog(s) will not be released until all charges are paid in full.
A daycare fee of $20 will be added to client's final bill if pet(s) are picked up more than three hours after being notified of the service(s) completion. Kibble Pet is authorized to board my pet(s) at Barking Hound Village should clients not pick up pet(s) by the end of business day. Boarding fees will be at Barking Hound Village’s nightly rate.
Should clients be unhappy with a groom for any reason, they will contact the facility within twenty-four hours to advise of any issues. Kibble Pet is not responsible for any complaints after the twenty-four hour time frame and any corrective services will be billed to customer.
Clients understand if their pet(s) have matting, the groomer will assess the severity and determine if brushing out is a safe option. If dematting is safe, an additional fee of $15 per 15 minutes will be added to the final bill. If matting is too severe and not recommended, the groomer shave my pet’s coat with client's verbal or written confirmation. Kibble Pet is not responsible for agitated skin due to hair matting, “pink skin” due to sensitivity, welts, or clipper abrasions as a result of having to shave the hair down to the skin leaving 1/8” or less.
If any fleas or ticks are found on a dog a $10 fee will be added for each Flea/Tick Citrolux bath. Kibble Pet will only remove up to two ticks from any pet before recommending going to a veterinary clinic for further treatment.
Kibble Pet Grooming Membership will be auto-billed on the first of each month. Members that sign up mid-month must pay for services as regularly listed on the Service Menu until the next bill period. If membership paper work is complete mid-month before the next bill period, new members may recieve 10% off services for the duration of the month.
Members may terminate their Kibble Pet Grooming Membership at any time with 30 days written notice either in person, via confirmed email or registered mail to Kibble Pet Grooming.
Membership must be maintained for a minimum of 3 months.
Members are able to pause membership for one complete month twice a year. After two months of pausing membership it will be terminated. Renewed membership may not be at the current price offering.
Memberships are non transferable from pet to pet.
In the event a customer does not show up to their appointment without communication (no call, no show) a non-refundable $20.00 No Show Fee per dog will be charged to their account.
If a customer needs to cancel or change their appointment times within 12 hours of their scheduled appointment, a non-refundable $15 Late Cancelation Fee per dog will be charged.
